Securing Your Reservation

Charters across our fleet of 88 yachts and boats require a minimum duration of two hours, with hire rates ranging from 600 AED to 18,900 AED per hour. All listed prices already include VAT. To hold your selected vessel and schedule, an advance deposit of 30% is compulsory. We do not hold calendar dates without this payment. Once received, your slot is locked in for departures from Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour. For all reservation adjustments and payment questions, contact our team via the WhatsApp button on this page. We answer messages within 15 minutes, 9:00 to 23:00 GST, daily.

Guest Policies and Onboard Provisions

Boarding our vessels is straightforward: no passport or ID is needed to board. Guests may bring their own food and drinks, alcohol included, with no corkage fee to pay. Every charter includes soft drinks, ice, towels, and life jackets for all guests up to our maximum vessel capacity of 90 people. Optional services such as catering, DJ setups, decorations, water sports, and fishing tackle can be arranged prior to departure upon request. To coordinate catering orders or bring specialised items on board, confirm the details with us beforehand in the WhatsApp chat.

Safety Standards and Insurance Coverage

Every Marisur vessel, measuring between 33 and 164 feet in length, sails with a licensed captain and qualified crew members who oversee vessel operations. Fuel costs and marine insurance are already included in your charter rate, ensuring straightforward coverage during your time at sea. Life jackets are provided on board for every guest. Should you require verification of vessel capacities or have specific safety questions regarding your group size up to 90 guests, message our staff directly using the WhatsApp link. Our team replies to operational queries within 15 minutes daily between 9:00 and 23:00 GST.

Handling Adverse Sailing Conditions

If bad weather does not allow sailing, we do not force a voyage. Under such circumstances, you decide how to proceed: we can move the charter to another date or issue a full refund of your payment. We agree a new date in the chat to suit your plans. Because sailing conditions can change, our crew evaluates the situation before your departure from Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour. Reach out through WhatsApp to discuss any schedule amendments directly with our dispatchers, who are on hand daily from 9:00 to 23:00 GST and reply within 15 minutes.

Key questions answered

What happens if adverse weather prevents us from sailing?

If the weather does not allow sailing, the guest chooses whether to move the charter to another date or receive a full refund of the payment. We agree a new date in the chat via WhatsApp, where our team responds within 15 minutes from 9:00 to 23:00 GST.

Can I receive a refund on my advance deposit?

If poor weather prevents sailing, your 30% deposit is fully refundable if you choose not to reschedule. To secure your charter date initially, the 30% deposit must be settled, as dates are not held without it. Contact our team on WhatsApp for any refund inquiries.
