Party Yacht Charter Options for Group Events in Dubai

Selecting the right motor vessel depends entirely on your guest list size and event style. We provide 40 suitable boats selected from our larger fleet of 88 to match different group requirements along the coast. Smaller motor vessels starting at lengths of 53 ft are ideal when you want to rent a small boat for intimate family outings or small social gatherings. Larger motor vessels ranging up to 164 ft feature multi-deck spaces, expansive open lounge areas, and expansive top decks. Our largest vessels feature a maximum capacity of 75 guests, offering plenty of room for social gatherings, dancing, and dining. Every charter remains private to your specific group, giving you exclusive access to the whole vessel throughout the journey without any shared ticketed crowds on board.

Hosting a birthday party, bachelorette gathering, or corporate mixer on a private vessel allows you to create a completely custom event environment. Many organizers select a yacht for events in Dubai to mark major personal milestones or host team celebrations on the water. Special styling services can transform the decks to match your chosen event theme before your group arrives. Having a yacht decorated before you arrive starts from AED 350, providing custom arrangements across the salon and outdoor spaces. Bringing a celebration cake on board starts from AED 250, making it easy to highlight anniversary moments. Setting up candles and flowers on deck starts from AED 400 for romantic settings or formal corporate dinners.

Departing on a private party cruise from Dubai Harbour or Dubai Marina positions your event alongside the city's most famous coastal sights. Your route carries your group past JBR, Bluewaters, and the Ain Dubai wheel before reaching the Palm Jumeirah lagoon. Booking a Dubai private yacht lets you design a customized itinerary that matches your planned party duration. Extended cruises can reach the waters surrounding the Burj Al Arab for photos. Swimming stops during daytime hours offer guests a chance to cool off in the sea before sunset. Every party cruise boat itinerary is planned in advance with your manager in the chat, allowing your private party to balance high-energy entertainment with relaxed coastal sightseeing along the waterfront.

Every motor vessel operated by Marisur is commanded by a licensed captain and supported by experienced deckhands who manage all navigation duties. You do not need any license or permit to organize a private charter for your friends, family, or colleagues. The onboard crew handles steering, docking, safety equipment oversight, and route tracking so you can spend your time hosting your guests. Having dedicated staff on board also ensures smooth service when setting up equipment or managing guest requests. No passport or identity document is asked for at boarding, making the departure process smooth and simple. Guests can step directly onto the deck, meet their assigned crew, and begin their private celebration without administrative delays at the marina gates.

Planning your event budget is straightforward with transparent hourly rates across all available motor vessels. Charter prices range from AED 880 per hour for cozy motor boats up to AED 18,900 per hour for mega vessels. To secure a yacht rental in Dubai Marina, your total boat party price covers the private vessel, captain, crew, fuel, and standard onboard facilities. Comparing overall rental prices helps organizers choose between compact cruisers or spacious multi-deck vessels suited for larger guest lists. All rates quoted on our fleet page include VAT, ensuring complete transparency with no surprise surcharges added when finalizing your charter invoice.

Providing food and drinks for your private gathering on the water is flexible across our entire motor boat fleet. Groups are fully welcome to bring their own food and drinks, including alcohol, on board at no extra cost. If you prefer turnkey dining arranged before departure, a formal dinner served on board starts from AED 250 per guest with custom menus. Having your catch cooked on board starts from AED 150 when combining dining with a casual fishing trip. You can also rent a boat for fishing with rods, tackle, and bait ready on board for AED 150. All quoted prices include standard VAT, meaning no extra taxes are added to your agreed dining bill.

Creating the ideal atmosphere for your event requires clear audio and high-energy music options across all outdoor decks. Modern sound systems with easy connectivity allow you to stream custom playlists directly throughout your private charter. For larger gatherings, live DJs, saxophonists, and lighting setups can be integrated smoothly onto the main deck area. Hiring a professional photographer on board starts from AED 500 per hour to capture every moment of your event on video and photo. Water sports gear like jet skis, flyboards, Seabobs, and towable tubes can also be added on request through your charter manager to complement your onboard music with active ocean fun.

Reserving your preferred date for a private event charter requires contacting our team directly through the WhatsApp chat button on the page. Between 9:00 and 23:00 Gulf time a reply takes no more than 15 minutes to review options and routes. Your manager confirms the vessel, itinerary, and optional add-ons in the chat before sending a secure card payment link. A 30 % deposit is what fixes the date; without it the slot stays open to others. The remaining balance is settled before boarding the vessel. If bad sea conditions cause a weather cancellation, guests receive their choice of a full refund or an easy schedule change.
